Stage 2 consisted of a second tower with 77 apartments. The scope included ducted air conditioning systems to all apartments, mechanical exhaust to kitchens, laundry and bathrooms, apartment lobby outside air, MSB room exhaust, bin and storage and lift room exhaust.
