Hinterland Air delivered the full mechanical services package for the Magnoli Palm Beach development, comprising 204 apartments across two 12 storey towers and a double basement carpark.
Our staged delivery included basement carpark exhaust systems, Daikin VRV bulkhead ducted air conditioning to all apartments, LEF/TEF mechanical ventilation systems, and compliant stair pressurisation lobby relief systems for both towers. Across the project we installed 204 VRV outdoor units and 646 bulkhead FCU ducted systems servicing all living areas and bedrooms, supported by wired wall controllers and optimised condenser placement on roof and basement plant decks. Mechanical ventilation included apartment header box exhaust fans, toilet exhaust, outside air supply, and complete carpark MSSB and exhaust systems.
